A booking is confirmed once we receive the required deposit or full payment. All bookings are subject to availability and can only be secured upon payment confirmation.

3.1. Mandatory Insurance:
All guests are required to have comprehensive travel and diving insurance, covering accidents, medical emergencies, evacuation, and trip cancellations.

Guests must comply with all safety guidelines and instructions provided by Maldives Legend staff.
4.2. Health Requirements:
Guests should be in good health and capable of participating in diving and other activities. We must be informed of any medical conditions at the time of booking.
4.3. Liability:
While we prioritize guest safety, Maldives Legend is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the trip. Guests participate at their own risk.
5.1. Certification:
Guests are required to have a valid diving certification for certain trips. Non-certified divers must adhere to guidelines and limitations set by Maldives Legend.
5.2. Dive Equipment:
It is recommended that guests bring their own dive equipment. However, rental equipment is available at an additional cost and must be reserved in advance.
5.3. Dive Insurance:
All divers must have valid dive insurance to cover any dive-related medical emergencies.
6.1. Weather and Sea Conditions:
Itineraries may be subject to change due to weather or sea conditions. Our captain and crew have full discretion to modify the route for safety reasons.
6.2. Activity Changes:
Some scheduled activities may be altered or canceled due to weather, marine life activity, or guest safety. No compensation will be provided for these changes.
Maldives Legend is not liable for delays or cancellations resulting from acts of nature, war, government regulations, or other events beyond our control (Force Majeure). No refunds or compensation will be provided in such cases.
8.1. Respect for Crew and Guests:
All guests are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner towards the crew and fellow guests. Any disruptive behavior may result in the guest being asked to leave the trip, with no refund provided.
8.2. Alcohol and Drugs:
The consumption of alcohol must be moderate, and the use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited. Maldives Legend reserves the right to deny participation to any guest found violating this rule.
9.1. Complaint Procedure:
Should any issues arise during the trip, please notify the captain or manager immediately. Complaints after the trip can be submitted in writing within 14 days.
9.2. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Maldives.

We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties, except as required to process bookings or as required by law.
