Ideal for the Adventurous Experienced Divers, If you are looking for numerous pelagic life, the Deep South is one of the best routes to experience in Maldives. This route is highly recommended for Deep Sea enthusiasts and has become a constant favorite among our repeater guests.

DAY 1 - SATURDAY

Upon arrival at Gan International you will be greeted by our representative. While onboard, You will be settled into your cabin and given a full tour of the boat . After lunch the entire team will provide you a detailed briefing. Following it, your dive guides will provide you a detailed briefing about all your dives. Following that a check dive will be proceeded.

14:00 - Check In & Boat Briefing followed by Lunch

16:00 - Check Dive at Maakandu Manta Point

19:30 - Dinner

DIVE HIGHLIGHTS

Maakandu Manta Point: A cleaning station in Maa Kandu, Manta Point offers an incoming current in the morning, making it a reliable spot to see reef mantas for a couple of hours a day.
DAY 2 - SUNDAY

07:30 - Dive 2 at Fuvahmulah South Corner

08:30 - Breakfast - Cruise to South Male Atoll

10:00 - Dive 3 at Tiger Zoo

11:00 - Cruise to Vaavu Atoll

12:00 - Lunch

14:30 - Dive 4 at North End for Mantas

19:30 - Dinner

DIVE HIGHLIGHTS

North End: Thresher Sharks, Oceanic Mantas and Whale Sharks could be observed Diving in this corner of the island will bring opportunities to have rare encounters..

Tiger Zoo One of the most famous dives in this route, would sight massive 5 to 10 individual massive tiger sharks. and many other big fishes
DAY 3 - MONDAY

07:00 – Dive 5 Gemanafushi Canyon

08:30 – Breakfast (Cruise to South Ari Atoll)

10:30 – Dive 6 Gemanafushi Kandu

12:00 – Lunch

14:30 – Dive 7 Gemanafushi Coral Garden

19:30 – Dinner

DIVE HIGHLIGHTS

Gemanafushi Canyon: This is locally acclaimed as one of the favorite dive sites in the atoll for the most recognizable shark species, Hammerheads.

Gemanafushi Coral Garden: Possibility to see dozens of grey reef sharks, eagle rays and a huge array of fish swarming around the channel.
DAY 4 - TUESDAY

06:30 – Dive 8 Mareha Kandu

08:30 – Breakfast

10:30 – Dive 9 Kondey Kandu

14:30 – Dive 10 Kondey Goral Gardens

19:30 – BBQ Dinner

DIVE HIGHLIGHTS

Mareha Kandu: Declared a marine protected area, with the right currents, you can enjoy a dive with over 100 grey reef sharks here as well as schooling silver tip sharks

Kondey Coral Gardens: This dive spot offers plenty of marine life to discover with dozens of grey reef sharks, eagle rays, Large schools of jacks, snappers, rainbow runners, etc
DAY 5 - WEDNESDAY

06:30 – Dive 11 Kuredhoo Kandu

08:30 – Breakfast

10:30 – Dive 12 Nilandhoo Kandu

12:00 – Lunch

14:30: – Dive 13 Dhandhoo Kandu

19:30 – Dinner

DIVE HIGHLIGHTS

Kuredhoo Kandu : School of grey reef sharks, eagle rays and many other palegics

Nilandhoo Kandu: The channel attracts grey reef sharks, leopard sharks, sailfish, barracudas, tunas, eagle rays, sting rays, turtles and humphead wrasses
DAY 6 - THURSDAY

06:30 – Dive 14 Villingili Kandu

08:30 – Breakfast

10:30 – Dive 15 Kooddoo Kandu

12:00 – Lunch

18:30 – Dive 16 Boodu Whale Shake Night Dive

19:30 – Dinner,

06:30 – Dive 17 Villingili Kandu or Kooddoo Spinner Point

08:30 – Breakfast

12:00 – Lunch

14:30 – Visit to Villingili Local Island

19:30 - Dinner
